Refund policy
Refunds and exchanges are available on eligible items within 30 days of the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements after 30 days of the date of purchase. If you think your package has been lost during shipment, please notify us within 30 days so we can assist you in locating or replacing the missing package.
To be eligible for an exchange or return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition it was received.
- The item cannot be washed and/or worn.
- Holiday specific items must be received before the holiday occurs to receive a refund.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges, Replacements, and Returns
Customers are responsible for shipping charges to mail the item back to us, and we will pay to ship the new item to you.
If you need to exchange/refund, email us at info@bekindtoeveryone.com, and we will provide you with the return address.
What do I do if I received an incorrect or damaged item?
We always want our customers to receive exactly what they ordered and in perfect condition. If that did not happen for you, please email a photo of the incorrect/damaged item to us at info@bekindtoeveryone.com within 30 days of the date of purchase so we can get a replacement sent out to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements past 30 days of purchase.
