Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Canadian shipping fees are determined by purchase weight and calculated at checkout.

At this time, we ship within the United States and to Canada. We hope to offer shipping to more countries in the future.

Processing Time

We work very hard to process orders quickly. Typically, we process orders within 24–48 business hours of purchase.

However, during busy times (such as when we launch a new product), processing can take up to five business days due to the large number of orders placed at one time. 

Transit Time

U.S. packages are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically have a transit time of 3–6 business days.

Canadian packages are sent via DHL and typically take 3–12 business days in transit.

Because transit times vary, as soon as we process your order, we will send you an email with tracking information to keep you updated on where your package is.

Often, this means your order was delivered to the wrong address by mistake, and your order will show up within a few days.

Because of this, we ask that customers wait five days from the delivery date before contacting us.

If your order has not arrived five days after the indicated delivery date, please email us at or contact us via our Contact Form.

Please double-check your address before you place your order.  If you provide the wrong address and your package is either lost or returned to sender, we will refund your purchase minus the shipping fee.

Prepaid duties are collected at checkout. There will be no unexpected or surprise fees at customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we offer returns/exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Eligible items can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We do not provide a paid postage return label; customers are responsible for that. 

We will pay to ship the new item to you.

We always want our customers to receive exactly what they ordered and in perfect condition.

If that did not happen for you, please email a photo of the incorrect/damaged item to us at within 30 days of the date of purchase so we can get a replacement sent out to you. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements past 30 days of purchase.

Our shirt manufacturers use 2XL and XXL interchangeably. When looking at the measurements on our sizing guides, please know that XXL and 2XL are the same.
