Shipping & Delivery
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We are proud to offer fast and free shipping on all products within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the US at this time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
We work very hard to ship packages out quickly, and typically ship orders within 24–48 business hours of purchase.
However, during busy times (such as when we launch a new product), it could take up to five business days to process your order due to the large number of orders placed at one time.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
At this time, we only ship within the US.
We hope to start shipping to Canada in the future, but we don't have a date yet.
TRACKING SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Often, this means your order was delivered to the wrong address by mistake, and your order will show up within a few days.
Because of this, we ask that customers wait five days from the delivery date before contacting us.
If your order still has not arrived five days after the indicated delivery date, please email us at email@example.com or contact us via our Contact Form.
Returns & Exchanges
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
Yes, we offer returns/exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of the date of purchase.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Eligible items can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.
WHO PAYS THE SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We do not provide a paid postage return label; customers are responsible for that.
We will pay to ship the new item to you.
WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM?
We always want our customers to receive exactly what they ordered and in perfect condition.
If that did not happen for you, please email a photo of the incorrect/damaged item to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the date of purchase so we can get a replacement sent out to you.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements past 30 days of purchase.
DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
