Please double-check your address before you place your order.

If you provide the wrong address and your package is either lost or returned to sender, we will refund your purchase minus the shipping fee.

Often, this means your order was delivered to the wrong address by mistake, and your order will show up within a few days.

Because of this, we ask that customers wait five days from the delivery date before contacting us.
