I usually wear a size medium in our tees and for this full zip hoodie I preferred a large.  I could wear the medium, I just found when I zipped it, I liked a little more room.  While I try to give you my opinion, I also know everyone likes to wear their clothes a little different so I always recommend checking the size chart in the photos section.  Measure your favorite hoodie lying flat from one side to the other and then compare it to our size chart.  Look for the video where I explain the sizing a little more.  Also, in case it helps, this is a Cotton Heritage brand hoodie.
